Tags can be added to Action Pages to help organize and scope who has access to them using Teams. You can have one or more tags on a page. For example, you may have a tag for each year or individual initiative. Tags are our dynamic folder replacement to help you manage many pages.

  1. Managing Tags - You can access tags by going to the Action Pages Index and clicking the "tags" button.

  2. Adding Tags to a Page - You may scroll over the tags column in the table and check multiple tags to add them to a page.

Tags can be used for our Teams feature to separate permissions.

Filter Tags and Page Status

Use the Filter menu to filter your pages by Page Name, URL, Tags, or Status.
You may select multiple tags and statuses within a single search. Click Apply Filters to complete your search.
