Organization Information

The Organization Information is collected during the application process. These details can only be changed by Anedot Staff. To request changes, please contact our Support team here!

Points of Contact

The Owner of the account may not always be the best point of contact for all account inquiries. Within Settings>Setup>Oraganization Info tab, you can assign designated points of contact for Donor inquiries, Marketing, and Finance.
Who you assign to these points of contact is up to you! If the appropriate person is not already listed on the account, invite them as a user within the Settings>Access>Users tab. Once added, you will be able to assign them as the designated contact.
