PayPal
Updated over a week ago

PayPal is a streamlined way to donate to causes. PayPal is available for all Anedot customers; no effort is required, and you do not need a PayPal account to accept donations.

We handle things like "SDK," encryption, Content-Security-Policy settings, and enablement so you can focus on your supporters!

PayPal is enabled by default for all fundraising accounts.

To disable PayPal, access the Finance>Payments tab within the Action Page Builder.

Submission Error with PayPal: If a donor is experiencing an error when attempting to submit their donation with PayPal as their payment method, they may need to refresh their donation page and confirm the donation amount and all required fields are completed. They can then select PayPal from the payment method block. Once PayPal has been selected, the donor will be redirected to log in to their PayPal account. If the donor is not redirected to PayPal, they may need to disable their popup blocker or try another internet browser.
