Didn’t Receive Your Statement?

If you haven’t received your Year-End Giving Statement, please contact the organization directly. Anedot staff does not have access to donor-specific giving records and cannot issue tax statements on behalf of organizations.

How to Access Your Statement

When your Year-End Giving Statement is sent by the organization:

Look for an email with the subject or content referencing your Year-End Giving Statement.
Click the View Statement button in the email.
You’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can download your statement as a PDF.

Need Help Contacting the Organization?

If you're unsure how to reach the organization:

Locate one of your previous email receipts. The organization's contact information will be provided in the footer details.
Log in to your Donor Portal account using the following link: https://donor.anedot.com/support
- From the main menu, select Donations.
- Select the donation record associated with the organization you want to contact.
- Scroll to the bottom of the donation details to find the organization’s email address and phone number.
Visit the organization's official website or social media pages
Check the Privacy Policy section at the bottom of their site—it often includes contact details
