Updating Payment Methods

We have a number of ways for a donor to update their payment information before their credit card expires. If they do not update the credit card information themselves, our system will check with the credit card companies to update the expiration date and/or new card number automatically. Here are a few ways donors can update their information:

Updating Credit Card or Bank Account from Email

One month before a card expires, donors will receive the following email:

When they click the "Update Payment Method" button on that email, they will land on the following landing page:

From there, they can simply type in their new payment information and click "Update Payment Method."

 

Adding a Payment Method

 

Adding a Payment Method
  1. Login to your account
  2. Scroll to your profile and click DonorID in the top right corner
  3. Click “Add a Credit Card or Bank Account”
  4. Enter your information
  5. Click Save

Removing a Payment Method

  1. Login to your account
  2. Scroll to your profile and click DonorID in the top right corner
  3. Click the Pencil icon to edit your payment method or trash can to remove it

Managing a Recurring Donation

 

Managing a Recurring Donation
  1. Login to your account
  2. Scroll to your profile and click DonorID in the top right corner
  3. Click the My Recurring button
  4. Click the eye icon
  5. Click to Edit or Cancel the Recurring contribution.
