Update Commitment
Learn how to update your recurring donation with Anedot. Access your DonorID to edit commitments, change payment methods, and manage future contributions with ease.
How to Update a Recurring Commitment
You can easily manage and update your recurring donations using your DonorID. Follow the steps below to make changes to your commitment or update your payment method.
1. Log In to Your DonorID
Log in here using the same email address associated with your donation.
Trouble logging in?
If you receive an error, it could be due to:

An incorrect password

Too many failed login attempts

Not having a DonorID account yet (Sign up here)
If you're unable to access your account, please contact our team at DonorSupport.com for help.
2. Go to the Commitments Tab
Once logged in, select the "Commitments" tab on the left side of your dashboard.
Don’t see your donations or commitments?
Make sure you’ve confirmed your email address. A confirmation email would have been sent to your inbox.
If you can’t find it, reach out to our Support team. Your DonorID email must match the one used when making your donations.
3. Edit Your Commitment

Click the Actions button next to the commitment you’d like to update

Select Edit

In the pop-up window, adjust the details as needed or scroll down to select a new payment method

Don’t forget to click Save before exiting!
Your updates will apply to all future donations.
