This article explains how to update the timezone settings for your Anedot account to ensure accurate timestamps and financial reporting.

Your Account Timezone determines the timestamps for all activity within your Anedot account, including transactions, reports, and scheduled actions. Ensuring your timezone is accurate helps maintain reliable financial and donor reporting.


How to Update Your Timezone

To adjust your account’s timezone:

  1. Go to Settings > Setup > Timezone

  2. Select your organization’s correct timezone from the dropdown list

  3. Click Save before exiting the page
