Locate the Email Receipt for your purchase. The organization's contact information will be provided in the footer details.
Log in to your Donor Portal account using the following link: https://donor.anedot.com/support
- From the main menu, select Donations.
- Select the donation record associated with the organization you want to contact.
- Scroll to the bottom of the donation details to find the organization’s email address and phone number.

Visit the organization's official website or social media pages
Check the Privacy Policy section at the bottom of their site—it often includes contact details
