A receipt is automatically emailed after a successful donation—provided you included your email address on the donation form.

Viewing Receipts

You can also view and print individual receipts by logging into your DonorID account.

About DonorID

What is DonorID?

DonorID is a free service from Anedot that allows you to:

  • View and manage your donation history

  • Manage recurring donations

  • Save payment methods for faster checkout

Note: A DonorID is not required to make a donation through Anedot.

Accessing DonorID

  • Already have a DonorID? Sign in here using your email and password.

  • Need to create one? Create a DonorID here. Be sure to use the same email address you used for your donations.

Receipt Not Received?

If you didn’t receive your email receipt:

  • First, check your spam or junk folder.

  • If you didn’t enter an email address or still can’t find the receipt, please submit a Receipt Request. Our team is happy to help!

Tax Statements

Anedot enables organizations to send year-end receipts or tax statements. To request a tax statement, please contact the organization you donated to directly.
