Requesting a Donation Refund

We understand—sometimes a refund is necessary. To make the process as simple as possible, we’ve created a quick and easy Refund Request form for donors.

How It Works

  1. Submit the Refund Request Form
    Complete the form with the required details.

  2. Internal Review
    Our team will review your request and contact the organization that received the donation.

  3. Follow-Up (if needed)
    If we need additional information or verification, a team member will reach out via email.

  4. Refund Notification
    Once approved and processed, you'll receive an email confirmation. Refunds typically take 2–3 business days to appear in your account.

Important Notes

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 180 days of the original donation date.

  • All refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

  • You’ll receive confirmation via email once your refund is initiated.
