Pausing Your Account
This article explains how to pause or unpause your Anedot fundraising account, including what functions are disabled during a pause and when to consider full account closure.
Anedot allows you to temporarily pause your fundraising account if your campaign or organization needs to take a break from fundraising activities.
What Happens When You Pause an Account
Pausing your account will immediately:
-
Disable access to all Action Pages
-
Prevent fund transfers to your connected bank account
Pausing is intended for breaks of 6 months or less. If you need to step away longer, we recommend closing your account for security reasons. You can always request to reopen it later, though a brief account review may be required.
When an account is paused, recurring commitments remain active in the system. If you need to cancel any ongoing commitments, please contact our Support team for assistance.
