For more instructions on how to log in and access your Donor Portal, check out the following help article: [**Create and Access Your Donor Account**](https://help.anedot.com/knowledge/create-and-access-your-donor-account?hsLang=en) 2. From the main menu, select **Donations**. 3. Review the list of donation records associated with your account. 4. Select a donation record to view its transaction details. --- ### Make Changes to a Donation While financial details, such as the donation amount and payment method, cannot be changed after a donation is submitted, you can update the contact and employment information associated with your donation. This includes your first and last name, phone number, address, and employment details. To update this information, follow the steps below. 1. From the main menu, select **Donations**. 2. Select the donation record you want to update. 3. Next, click **Edit Donor Information**. 4. You will be directed to the **Contact** tab where you can make adjustments to your name, phone, address, and employment details. 5. Click **Save Contact Information**. --- ### Request a New Receipt Need another copy of your donation receipt? You can have a new receipt sent to your email address. 1. From the main menu, select **Donations**. 2. Select the donation record for which you need a receipt. 3. Scroll to the **What would you like to do?** section. 4. Select **Resend Receipt**. --- ### Request a Refund You can submit a refund request directly from the Donor Portal. The organization you supported will receive and review your request. 1. From the main menu, select **Donations**. 2. Select the donation record for which you want to request a refund. 3. Click **Request Refund**. 4. Optionally, enter a message for the organization explaining your request. 5. Click **Submit Refund Request**. Your request will be sent directly to the organization. They may contact you for additional information. If the refund request is successful, Anedot will email you a confirmation. --- ### Contact the Organization To contact an organization about a donation: 1. From the main menu, select **Donations**. 2. Select the donation record associated with the organization you want to contact. 3.
