Gift of Any Amount (GOAA)

The Gift of Any Amount (GOAA) feature lets donors choose whether to receive a gift from your organization with their donation. This option is available only on Donation Pages.

Creating GOAA Products

1. In your fundraising account, go to Action Pages > GOAA Products.

2. Click the Add Product button (top right).

3. Enter:

   • Product Name

   • Internal SKU

   • Value ($)

   • Quantity

   • Product Description

   • Image

4. Click Save product.

Once created, your Products are ready to connect to a Donation Page.

Connecting GOAA Products to a Donation Page

1. Open the Donation Page Builder and go to Finance > Products.

2. Enable the Gift of Any Amount option.

3. Configure your reward settings:

   • Reward Criteria: Minimum donation amount required.

   • Require Recurring for Reward?:

     • Yes = recurring donations only

     • No = one-time donations also qualify

   • Forced Gift:

     • Yes = all qualifying donors receive the gift

     • No = donors can opt out

   • Free Gift Options: Click Add Product to link your product.

4. Click Publish to save changes.

Viewing GOAA Records

1. Go to Action Pages > Pages.

2. Hover over the page you want to review.

3. Select Actions > View Submissions.

4. Click Export CSV in the top right of the submissions view.

5. Retrieve your file from the Downloads button.

Your CSV will include:

• Product Code

• Product ID

• Product Name

• Product Value
