Gift of Any Amount (GOAA)
Learn how to set up, connect, track, and integrate the Gift of Any Amount (GOAA) feature on your Donation Pages so donors can choose to receive a gift with their contribution.
The Gift of Any Amount (GOAA) feature lets donors choose whether to receive a gift from your organization with their donation. This option is available only on Donation Pages.
Before you begin, please contact our Support team to request access to GOAA.

Creating GOAA Products

In your fundraising account, go to Action Pages > GOAA Products.

Click the Add Product button (top right).

Enter:

Product Name
-
Internal SKU
-
Value ($)
-
Quantity
-
Product Description
-
Image
-
-
Click Save product.
Once created, your Products are ready to connect to a Donation Page.
Connecting GOAA Products to a Donation Page

Open the Donation Page Builder and go to Finance > Products.

Enable the Gift of Any Amount option.

Configure your reward settings:

Reward Criteria: Minimum donation amount required.

Require Recurring for Reward?:
-
Yes = recurring donations only
-
No = one-time donations also qualify
-

Forced Gift:
-
Yes = all qualifying donors receive the gift
-
No = donors can opt out
-

Free Gift Options: Click Add Product to link your product.

Click Publish to save changes.
Viewing GOAA Records

Go to Action Pages > Pages.
-
Hover over the page you want to review.

Select Actions > View Submissions.

Click Export CSV in the top right of the submissions view.

Retrieve your file from the Downloads button.
Your CSV will include:

Product Code
-
Product ID
-
Product Name
-
Product Value
