Field Unavailable (Integrations)

Each App Has Different Fields Available

When you are setting up an integration, you want to make sure the piece of data you want is available for that integration. 

Many times, we do not pass pieces of data because the individual apps we are connecting with do not have that field available.

Improper Template

By default, our integrations templates pass all of the data that we can send through that integration. However, you have the option to limit the data being passed through and you would use a template to do so. 

If you want to access all of the data, be sure not to adjust the template.
