Anedot’s Support Team is a human, friendly, U.S.-based group of product specialists dedicated to serving not-for-profit organizations. They are truly “here to help,” providing timely, thoughtful assistance when you need it. Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST. Most requests receive a response within minutes, and all inquiries are answered within 24 business hours.

Schedule a meeting with our team for assistance with your Anedot account. Meetings are hosted via Google Meet and are available when screen sharing is needed for complex troubleshooting.

Once you submit your request for a meeting, you will receive an email that includes the meeting link and details. Our team may follow up via email beforehand to confirm account access or gather any necessary information. In some cases, certain requests may still need to be handled or confirmed by email, so we encourage you to reach out by submitting a Support Form if you have additional questions before or after your meeting.

For security purposes, only authorized users on the fundraising account may schedule a meeting with Anedot. You must have active login access to the account in order to request or participate in an account‑specific support meeting. Requests submitted by individuals who are not listed as users on the account may be declined or require additional verification before assistance can be provided.
