Action Pages: Embed

You can use an iFrame to embed your donation page

You can use an iFrame to embed an Action Page directly into your website as opposed to using an external redirect to forward potential donors to your Anedot page.

However, we would recommend using the hosted "Share" option as opposed to the Embed. iFrames can be unreliable and have a tendency to time out if the page is slow to load. Apple Pay and PayPal do work natively with iFrames due to limitations outside of Anedot's control. Embedded pages can also have issues when accessed through mobile phones.

Please note that among iFrame issues include code on your website related to "X-Frame-Options" to "SAMEORIGIN" error. This page can give you more information on this error if it's impacting you: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/X-Frame-Options

If you still want to access the iFrame code though, you can do so by going to Settings -> Embed inside an Action Page and copying the code.
