How to manually add donations

You can manually add donations through the Transactions section of your account. Here is how:

  1. Login to your User Profile and then click your Account.
  2. Click Transactions in the Navigation panel.
  3. Click the green "New Transaction" button.
  4. Select the desired Campaign from the Campaigns dropdown.
  5. You will then be re-directed to a page that will allow you to enter all of the required data to complete the transaction.
  6. After filling in required donor information, click Charge
  7. If the transaction is successful, you'll be directed back to the Campaigns: View page.
  8. Alternate Method: You can also manually enter a transaction on this page by clicking New Transaction.

 

Pro-Tip:

You have the ability to add Check, Cash, and In-kind donations to your transaction history for record-keeping purposes.

This will also allow donors with a User Profile to see the Check, Cash, and In-Kind donations they've given in their donation history.
