Field Unavailable

Each integration has different fields available. When you are setting up an integration, you want to make sure the piece of data you want is available for that integration. 

We often do not pass pieces of data because the individual apps we are connecting with do not have that field available.

Many of our help guides will include what data points we pass through.

You should consider utilizing our Webhooks if you want to pass the maximum data.

Improper Template

By default, our integrations templates pass all of the data that we can send through that integration. However, you have the option to limit the data being passed through and you would use a template to do so. 

If you want to access all of the data, be sure not to adjust the template.
