Cancel Commitment

There are a few ways to cancel your recurring donations.

To cancel via your most recent receipt, you will locate the receipt email within your inbox, then click Cancel Commitment at the bottom of the receipt.

To cancel via your DonorID account, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your DonorID here (use the same email associated with your commitment)

2. Access the Commitments tab from the left side of your dashboard

3. Click the actions button next to the commitment you want to cancel.

4. Click Cancel

5. Provide the reason for your cancellation request.

6. Click Save

A confirmation email will be sent to you.
