Need to update your credit card or cancel a recurring transaction?
You will need to search your email for your transaction receipt. There is a link inside of this email that allows you to manage your recurring transaction. If you have further questions, please contact our help team.
Once you click the link, you will be able to update your credit card information or cancel your recurring transaction.
If you have a DonorID account and click "Update Commitment", you'll be re-directed to your DonorID account. (If you aren't currently logged in, you'll be asked to login)
You'll see the following page and will be able to Cancel/Edit your recurring commitment:
If you do not have a DonorID account, you'll need to create one in order to update your recurring commitment information. You can get to the screen below by clicking: Manage Commitment via DonorID.
Pro-Tip: Use a sentence, including the capital letter and the beginning, spaces in-between words, and punctuation at the end for a secure password!
